Amla or Indian gooseberry is a fruit which ripe in monsoon season in hilly areas. Amla has sour, bitter taste and it provides nourishment to our body. It can be consumed raw or in the juice form. It is a home remedy to cure many problems in our body. It is rich in vitamin c which treats the eye problems. Amla helps in boosting energy level, treat throat infections, chronic diseases, diabetes, improves blood sugar level and improve heart problems.
